Professor Brian Cox currently holds the Guinness World record for most tickets sold for a science show. His lectures are so engaging that regular people who may be nonchalant in the beginning will end up being science enthusiasts. Horizons: A 21st Century is taking a tour across North America to educate, excite, and enlighten the audience. For this show, Cox will discuss the Big Bang, quantum theories, planetary science, the vast, eternal universe, and so on. Aside from science, he will also delve into art, philosophy, and music.

Cox is a renowned astrophysicist, author, musician, host, and narrator. He is currently teaching particle physics at the University of Manchester. Moreover, Cox helped develop the famed ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. He has also co-written several science books, including Quantum Universe and Why does E=mc2?
Cox has also hosted several BBC science programs, such as Wonders of the Universe, Wonders of the Solar System, and Wonders of Life. Since 2009, Cox has co-hosted a radio science program in BBC Radio 4 called The Infinite Monkey Cage with award-winning comedian Robin Ince.
